3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be completed via our website, over the phone, or at our Ballymena office. A deposit may be needed to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are generally required at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through established payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Prohibited Uses of Your Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. Activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading are prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed, nor is sub-letting or permitting unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used as intended, adhering to passenger and weight limits, and remaining within designated geographical boundaries unless prior approval is obtained.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by Northern Irish law, Car Hire Ballymena will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
